Order / Conclusion of the Agreement

Ordering takes place online at Visitbox and is confirmed on the screen and per. email to the customer. Visitbox has the right to reject an order in case of typing or system failure. The customer is then responsible for the order and at the same time confirms the general conditions that apply to the purchased stay. The ones specified in the order information is part of the agreement and should therefore be read carefully before payment is made.

Travel Price

The price of the stay includes all the services mentioned in the booking, incl. VAT and possibly environmental fees.Special requests must be sent to accommodation per. mail or agreed per. telephone. There must never, without special written agreement with the accommodation, more people stay in the holiday home than stated when booking.

Payment

The entire stay is paid for online via a secure connection when booking. None are included cancellation insurance, which is why the customer is liable for the order.

Voucher and entrance tickets

The email sent is valid as a voucher at accommodation, as well as entrance tickets to the selected attractions there included in the purchased. Voucher and entrance tickets MUST be brought. Purchases from Visitbox cannot be combined with others discounts or offers from the individual providers.

Complaints

Complaints about accommodation and or experiences must be notified to the provider and / or Visitbox in question, then soon it occurs. Complaints raised after the return journey cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Act § 18, Subsection. 2 Pkt. 12 there is no right of withdrawal on purchases via Visitbox, and the money therefore non-refundable. This applies to all overnight experiences and more.Tickets must be redeemed in the season they were purchased for.

Personal Data

By accepting the terms of purchase, the customer agrees that data regarding the purchase may be used for statistical use with the provider. Data will not be passed on or sold to third parties, or in any way used in marketing purposes.
